Every Brew & Bloom blend has its own playlist, filled with songs chosen to match its mood and personality. This one belongs to Biscuit Break.
It’s free to listen on Spotify, so put the kettle on, press play and let the music do its thing.
The right water temperature helps draw out the best flavour from your tea. For Biscuit Break, use water at 100°c - freshly boiled.
The amount of tea you use determines the strength of your brew. For Biscuit Break, we recommend 1 tsp per cup as a starting point. Prefer it lighter or stronger? Simply adjust it next time.
Brewing time is where the flavour develops. Give Biscuit Break 3-5 minutes to reach its best. Too short can leave it weak and disappointing. Brewing for longer creates a stronger cup, but leave it too long and it may become bitter.
