Responsible sourcing starts with who we choose to work with.
We source our teas and botanicals through trusted specialist suppliers rather than buying every ingredient directly from individual growers.
We choose those relationships carefully, considering each supplier’s approach to quality, traceability and responsible sourcing across their wider supply chain.
It means we can create brilliant blends from ingredients sourced around the world while working with suppliers whose standards we trust.

Every ingredient in a Brew & Bloom blend has to earn its place.
It must bring genuine flavour, aroma or character and work beautifully with everything around it.
We use carefully chosen natural ingredients and blend in planned batches, helping us protect quality, keep ingredients fresh and avoid unnecessary waste.
No fillers. Nothing added just because it sounds impressive on the label. Just brilliantly considered blends that taste good, cup after cup.

We blend in small, carefully planned batches rather than producing more tea than we need.
Ingredients are stored to protect their quality, blends are made with purpose and our range is developed carefully—not expanded simply for the sake of having more products.

Our Packaging
Tea needs proper protection from light, air and moisture. Without it, flavour fades and perfectly good tea goes to waste.
That’s why we choose packaging that keeps our tea fresh while making its next life as straightforward as possible.
All Brew & Bloom packaging is recyclable, compostable or reusable.
Because good packaging needs to do two jobs properly: protect what’s inside and create as little waste as possible afterwards.
Giving back properly
People are part of sustainability too.
Through our partnership with BillyChip, every pack of Billy’s Brew sold helps provide a hot drink for someone experiencing homelessness.
It’s practical support delivered through BillyChip’s network of participating outlets - helping create a connection that makes a real difference.
