Where our tea comes from
Great tea starts at source.
We work with trusted suppliers who prioritise:
- responsible growing practices
- fair treatment of workers
- long-term soil health and biodiversity
Where possible, we choose teas and botanicals grown with minimal intervention — letting flavour develop naturally, without unnecessary processing or shortcuts.
Because better farming doesn’t just protect the planet.
It tastes better too.
Thoughtful ingredients, blended with purpose
We don’t add things just because they sound good on a label.
Every ingredient in a Brew & Bloom blend is chosen because it:
- contributes real flavour
- has a role in how the tea feels to drink
- works in balance with the rest of the blend
That means:
- no heavy artificial flavouring
- no unnecessary fillers
- no overpowering herbs masking poor-quality tea

Packaging, with impact in mind
We’ve made a clear choice when it comes to packaging:
no plastics. No unnecessary waste. No shortcuts.
All Brew & Bloom packaging is designed to be:
- plastic-free
- reusable
- recyclable or compostable
We choose materials that protect the quality of the tea first — then ensure they can be reused at home or responsibly disposed of once their job is done.
Because sustainability shouldn’t mean trading flavour, freshness or beauty for good intentions.

Giving back, properly

That’s why we’re proud to support BillyChip CiC through Billy’s Brew.
For every Billy’s Brew purchased, we fund a hot drink for someone experiencing homelessness - delivered through BillyChip’s on-the-ground network of partner cafés and organisations.
