Returns

We hope you’ll love your order. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know.

For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll then have a further 14 days to send it back.

Teas

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept teas that have been opened.

Unopened teas must be returned sealed and in their original condition.

Teaware and accessories

Teaware and accessories should be returned unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging where possible.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not quite what you ordered, email hello@brewandbloomtea.com and we’ll put it right.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the problem
  • a photograph, where possible, to help us resolve it quickly

We’ll cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you cancel and return your full order, we’ll also refund the cost of Standard delivery. If you selected Express delivery, the additional Express charge won’t be refunded.

Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional working days to show the refund in your account.
