UK Delivery

  • Standard UK delivery: £3.95

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £30

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days

  • Sent via tracked UK delivery

Returns

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s what to know.

Teas

  • For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened teas cannot be returned

  • Unopened teas may be returned within 14 days of delivery

Teaware & Accessories

  • Must be unused and in original condition

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo if applicable (helpful for speedy resolution)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

We currently deliver within the UK only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
