We’ll help you find one that is.

Tea is personal. One person’s perfect brew can be another person’s absolutely-not - and that shouldn’t stop you trying something new.

So, if your first cup doesn’t quite hit the spot, let us know. We’ll help with the brewing, suggest something better suited to you and, if it still isn’t love, replace it with another blend.

How it works

1. Give it a brew

Make your tea using the brewing instructions on the pack. Sometimes a little less leaf, a shorter steep or a splash of milk can completely change the cup—and we’re always happy to help you get it right.

2. Tell us what missed the mark

Get in touch within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The tea you tried

  • What you did—or didn’t—like about it

Knowing whether it was too strong, too sweet, too floral or simply not your thing helps us find a much better match.

3. Meet your next brew

We’ll help you choose a different blend and send a replacement in the same size and format, with delivery on us.

There’s no need to send the opened tea back. If you know someone who might love it, pass it on and make their kettle happy.

The important bits

The Love Your Brew Guarantee:

  • Applies to eligible individual tea blends purchased directly from brewandbloomtea.com

  • Is available when you’re trying that particular blend for the first time

  • Must be claimed within 30 days of delivery

  • May be claimed once per customer

  • Covers one opened tea product - even if your order contains several new blends

  • Provides one different replacement blend in the same size and format as the original

  • Includes the delivery of your replacement

  • Is subject to product availability

It does not cover:

  • Trios, tea collections, sets, gift sets or bundles

  • Teaware, accessories or gift cards

  • A blend you have purchased or tried previously

  • Accidental orders or changes of mind

  • Delivery problems, damaged products or faulty goods—please contact us separately so we can put those right

The guarantee offers a replacement tea rather than a refund, cash payment or store credit.

We reserve the right to decline a claim where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being misused.

The Love Your Brew Guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
