How to Make a Tea Latte in 5 Easy Steps

1. Pick Your Tea

The base makes all the difference. Strong black teas (like Assam or Breakfast blends) stand up beautifully to milk. Spiced blends (chai) or rooibos also make dreamy lattes.

2. Brew it Strong

Use double the usual amount of tea. You’re going for concentrated flavour, since the milk will mellow it out.

3. Heat Your Milk

Dairy or plant-based both work. Heat until steaming, then froth with a whisk, frother, or even a French press (just pump the plunger up and down).

4. Combine & Sweeten

Pour your strong tea into a mug, top with frothed milk, and sweeten if you like — honey, sugar, or a drizzle of syrup all work.

5. Add a Finish

Sprinkle of cinnamon, dusting of cocoa, or even a little grated nutmeg. The café experience, without the price tag.

Blends That Shine as Lattes

  • Chai Hard – your classic spiced latte base.

  • Biscuit Break – malty and rich, perfect for mornings.

  • Blooming Dreamy – your nighttime hug in a mug.- delicious with a drop of maple syrup.

  • Santa’s Secret (seasonal) – chocolate-orange latte magic.

Brew & Bloom tip: Lattes aren’t just about caffeine. Rooibos or herbal blends can make dreamy evening lattes too — all comfort, no jitters.
